14 DAYS DELAY
Exchanges and returns will be accepted within a period of 14 days after taking possession of the equipment.
You can request a return by contacting us through phone, Live Chat, or sending a ticket within 14 calendar days of your delivery.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete our return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- -Items with obvious signs of use
- -Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- -Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
- -If the reason for return isn't a result of our error, the cost of return shipping ($ 20) will be deducted from your refund.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
- The original receipt or proof of purchase
- Original method of payment.
- Original packaging and all items originally included by the manufacturer, including all manuals, accessories and gifts included with purchase.
- Your name, address, E-mail, and signature. Photo ID may be requested to confirm this information.

Limited One-Year Warranty
- Ordro products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date or thirty (14) days after replacement, whichever occurs later.
- The warranty provider's responsibility with respect to this limited warranty shall be limited solely to repair or replacement, at the provider's discretion, of any product that fails during normal use of this product in its intended manner and in its intended environment.
- Inoperability of the product or part(s) shall be determined by the warranty provider. If the product has been discontinued, the warranty provider reserves the right to replace it with a model of equivalent quality and function.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of a delivery error from us or a manufacturing defect in the equipment. For all exchanges and returns, shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your original method of payment to confirm that the refund has not been rendered. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sale02@ordro.cn.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and within 5-10 days of receiving the returned product, the system will automatically apply the credit limit to your original payment method. If the gift card is used and then discarded, please visit our store where the new gift card will be used to process the refund.
Refund Policy

We can not be held responsible for loss or damage to the material upon return by the customer. The equipment must be properly packed in a box suitable for transport. If you are shipping an item over $299, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
