camera works great except when i connect it to my PC via USB, it freezes on the mode switch screen so I can't connect it to my computer to get the videos off of it. so its basically a paperweight now
The camera is amazing and great, the only thing j am missing is the wire, although it is all great, but if you can send me the wire or gimme a call

The video quality of this camera is very good. however the camera has no pause button while you're recording and I'm not a huge fan of the software. For this reason I am returning this camera.

Good performance and value of money.
It has been a Christmas gift for my grandson and he is quite excited about the performance of this video camera. The two watch outs are:
- it would have been better to order the external microphone as well. The one built-in it is not so great;
- the format of the video is not very common on other devices, at least not in Europe.
Our son was pleased with the gift.

Die Batterie ist zu teuer. Für Sony Kameras kann ich die Akkus in hoher Qualität g+ünstig in Akku Shops kaufen. Warum bekomme ich den Akku nicht in Europa. 10 € Versandkosten sind viel.
Ansonsten bin ich mit eihren Service zufrieden.
