PRECONDITIONS FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE

1.Exchanges and returns will be accepted within a period of 30 days after taking possession of the equipment.

2.Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

3.To complete our return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

4.You can request a return by contacting us through phone, Live Chat, or sending E-mail a ticket within 30 calendar days of your delivery. 

Warranty

All products sold by ordro online.com are inspected and tested before and after leaving the manufacturer. Each and every item is tested by our technicians and is guaranteed to be free of material defects and manufacturing faults.

  •  365-day warranty.
  • Warranties are non-transferable warranties.
  • Typical use, normal wear, and tear, crash, modifications, improper use and/or installation are not covered.

PLEASE NOTE

-We do not accept the return method of cash on delivery. If it is sent, the return will be rejected.

-Final sale items, promotions, freebies are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS

1: Request a return or an exchange, please contact our Customer Service.

2: Select the type of return problem on the contact us page, providing the order number and your email as required, our customer service team will contact you.

3: Prepare your package and pack your merchandise and all its contents (including box and dust bags) securely.

4: Deliver your package. Make sure you get a receipt and code for tracking your parcel online.

We’ll pop you an email as soon as your return has been processed.

Regarding Refunds, Return, and Exchange Requests

Purchases made at ordro online.com are covered by a full 30-day satisfaction guarantee. During the 30 days period, customers are eligible for refunds and/or replacements for any purchases made (unless otherwise stated on the item description). After 30 days, customers are only eligible for a replacement under the manufacturer's warranty. If no replacement is available, an exchange for a comparable model and/or store credit will be issued at our discretion. Any physical damage or modifications on a product will automatically void its return policy/warranty and we will return any products that exhibit physical damage back to the customer. But we don't pay for the return shipping fee.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • -Items with obvious signs of use 
  • -Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • -Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • -If the reason for return isn't a result of our error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • We aim to process all returned orders within 14 working days. However in some cases, due to the current global situation this time frame may be extended to 20 working days. All refunds will be credited to the original credit card.

Limited One-Year Warranty

  • Ordro products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date or thirty  days after replacement, whichever occurs later.
  • The warranty provider's responsibility with respect to this limited warranty shall be limited solely to repair or replacement, at the provider's discretion, of any product that fails during normal use of this product in its intended manner and in its intended environment.
  • Inoperability of the product or part(s) shall be determined by the warranty provider. If the product has been discontinued, the warranty provider reserves the right to replace it with a model of equivalent quality and function.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Please note Original shipping costs are not refundable.

 For returns and exchange orders, customers need to pay the return courier cost.

If you are not satisfied with the product and need to return it, you will have to pay the shipping cost of the return if it meets the description of the product.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, it takes about 7 business days, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

After the refund is approved, it will normally be returned to your original payment account within 2-3 days.

Late or missing refunds

We can not be held responsible for loss or damage to the material upon return by the customer. The equipment must be properly packed in a box suitable for transport. If you are shipping an item over $199, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
