Q:What’s good to register an Account?
A:By registering an account at ORDRO you will get an easier shopping experience and more convenient. You can:
1.Add an item to "My Favorites" so that you can come back later to compare and make decision.
2.View order details and progress in the Order page.
3.Items will be saved in your cart till you will purchase or remove.
4.Save as many addresses as you need.
Q:What’s the payment method?
A:Credit Cards, PayPal payment are all acceptable. If you have any question on payment, please contact the customer service directly.
Q:How long does the order processing take?
A:We need 3-5 work days to prepare and pack the goods well.
Q:What’s your shipping methods?
A:We have various shipping methods include E-packet / EMS / DHL / UPS / air or sea shipping.

A:The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

We offer 3 shipping rate options (see chart below), and free standard shipping for all orders $169 so fill up that shopping bag! Keep in mind that your shipping is calculated off of your discounted subtotal and does not include tax.

Q:Can I exchange my items, sizes or shipping address？
A:Yes, but you have to inform us within 4 hours after payment. Please note we can’t do any change once your order has been shipped.
Q:I receive defective items？
A:If the item is defective, please notify us within 14 days of reception. After checks and agrees, we will give you a satisfied solution.
Q:Can I return my item?

Q:When will I receive my refund?
A:All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Refund times are generally issued within 7 to 10 business days after we receive the returned item. Please contact your card's bank to inquire when the credit refund will be posted to your account. Due to varying banks, it may take up to several weeks before a credit is issued back to your account.
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Read more about international rates & delivery times and additional duties and taxes that may be charged by Customs.
Q.Which country is the product shipped from？
A：We are sellers in China, and the products are shipped from China.
Q:When will my order ship?
A:Our warehouse team is working diligently to ship orders while taking the appropriate safety precautions and adhering to social distancing measures.
Once we receive your order, we start working on it right away! Please note that we do not ship on weekends and the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
Q:Will I get a tracking number?
A:Yes! After you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number. Your tracking number will be sent to you via a separate email once your order is ready to leave our warehouse. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your shipment status.
Q:My international tracking is not updating.
A:We're so sorry for the delay with your package! Although tracking does not indicate this, we can assure you that your package is still in transit to you.
Please note that international orders typically take 10 to 21 full business days to be delivered. Business days do not include weekends, or holidays.
In the meantime here are some things that might help you locate your package:
Q:If tracking indicates that your package is in your destination country, please use your local A:courier's online tracking, as it may have more accurate tracking information. Alternatively, we recommend directly contacting your local post/customs office. The best way to do this is by simply locating your nearest post/customs office and visiting them in person. We recommend you physically visit the office to locate your package as your courier's online tracking may not recognize your USPS generated tracking number.
Q:If tracking indicates that your package is still in the US,
A:or is currently in transit, please be patient! Typically international orders do get delivered within 21 business days, however your package may be delayed by customs, or may simply be missing a scan.
Whatever the case may be, we recommend full communication with your customs office as this is the most likely place for packages to go missing.
If you have waited the full 21 business days and still have not received your order, please contact our Customer Care team HERE with your order number! Please note, we are unable to assist you further with your order until after the 21st business day.
