Worldwide Shipping with Local Warehouses

ORDRO provides worldwide shipping with multiple warehouses located in China (main hub), and in the USA, France, Germany, UK, and Australia. Orders will be shipped from the nearest available warehouse when possible. Non-urgent items or those not stocked locally may be dispatched from our China hub.

Free Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping is available for orders over $139 USD (excluding expedited shipping). Expedited or special courier services may incur additional charges which will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Track your shipment using the link provided in the email or via our "Order Tracking" page.

Shipping Regions & Restrictions

English: We ship worldwide; however, some remote regions or countries may be restricted due to customs or local regulations. If restrictions apply, we will contact you during order processing to arrange alternatives.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or not received after the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support within 10 days of the estimated arrival. We will assist with tracking and arrange reshipment or refund as appropriate.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Internation orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are typically not included in the checkout price or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise noted.
