We offer a 30-day return policy for most products purchased directly from ORDRO.online.
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order.

How to Start a Return

If approved, you'll receive return instructions and the appropriate return warehouse address.

Ship your package using a trackable shipping service.
Please do not return products without receiving return authorization first.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Return Shipping Costs
If the product has a manufacturing defect
ORDRO will cover all reasonable return shipping costs.
Examples include:

Product has confirmed manufacturing defects
If you changed your mind
If you simply no longer want the product or ordered the wrong model, you are responsible for:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Opened Products
We understand that customers may need to open and inspect a product.
Opened products may still be returned if they are:

Fully functional

In good condition

Complete with all original accessories and packaging
However, if the returned product shows signs of use that prevent it from being sold as new, ORDRO reserves the right to deduct up to 10% of the purchase price as a restocking and inspection fee.
