Currency Payment Information
Dear Customer,
Thank you for choosing us! To make your shopping experience smoother, we'd like to provide some clarification regarding currency payment.
Why is my payment currency in US Dollars?
Our store uses the US Dollar (USD) as its sole settlement currency. This means that regardless of where you are located, your final payment and bank statement will show the amount in USD.
How can I see prices in my local currency?
For your convenience, we use a currency converter. You can select your local currency in the top left corner (or in the footer) of the website, and all product prices will be automatically converted for display.
Please note: This converter is for estimation and display purposes only, to help you understand the product's value. The final payment amount will always be in USD.
Will my bank or credit card charge extra fees?
When you pay with a non-USD bank card or payment account (like PayPal), your card issuer or payment service will automatically convert the USD amount to your local currency based on their daily exchange rate.
During this conversion process, your bank or PayPal may charge a small foreign transaction fee. This fee is collected by your card issuer or payment provider, is unrelated to our store, and is beyond our control.
We guarantee that we will not charge you any additional fees beyond the product's USD price.
Why do we have this policy?
We have chosen this method to simplify our global business operations and ensure all customers receive consistent and transparent pricing. We believe that by providing this information upfront, we can make your shopping experience smoother and more reassuring.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service team.
Thank you for your understanding and support!
