This camcorder is the best you can get! It is the better comparable to Sony and Panasonic, which I have had problems with. The IR night vision is remarkable. As a paranormal enthusiast, this is the greatest asset I have next to all my other equipment. I recommend this camera. Learn how to use it properly, not just run out and expect to record at maximum without reading the instructions and doing some research on the best fps and the different settings, and I guarantee, you will be pleasantly surprised. This camcorder is quality.
Hi Santino, thank you so much for your thoughtful review!
We’re really happy to hear that AE20 has become a great asset for your paranormal filming setup. It means a lot to us that you mentioned the IR night vision performance, especially coming from someone who actually uses the camcorder in real paranormal environments.
Thank you again for choosing ORDRO and for sharing such genuine feedback. We truly appreciate your support!

Perfect experience
Although I had to return the camera for personal reasons, the customer service was very helpful and understanding. I received my refund quickly, and the camera itself has really good quality for a non-professional device.

I used to rely on action cameras only when riding my motorcycle, but this camera is perfect for so much more. I can easily record important moments in 4K while driving, working out, jogging, or just going about my daily routine.
The video quality is absolutely excellent, and the battery life is impressive too. I’m extremely satisfied with it!

Reliable Gear & Trustworthy Customer Service – 5 Stars
"As a Medical Doctor, I purchased the ORDRO EP8 for documenting medical procedures. Initially, I faced a technical issue where the remote control was unresponsive. However, the ORDRO support team was exceptional. They quickly identified a hardware mismatch, were very communicative, and sent a replacement remote along with a missing accessory immediately to the UAE.
The camera now works perfectly, and the image quality is ideal for professional POV recording, hardware materials are super good. I truly appreciate a company that stands behind its products and honors its warranty with such professionalism. If you are looking for a reliable wearable camera with top-notch customer service, ORDRO is the way to go!"
