The camcorder itself is great, but the shipping company used called UniUni SUCKS!!!!!!!!!! I would order the same product from Amazon if you can just so UniUni doesn't ship it, UniUni has terrible customer service and tracking will even lie about when packages are there, and will deliver them to the wrong place. Luckily support is good for Ordro so I could get in touch and even got a free gift, but please be wary if they still use UniUni!

I will never buy anything from Ordro again. They take no responsibility for how their product is delivered. I have video of the delivery person throwing my camcorder into the air onto my porch about ten foot away. Both Ordro and the delivery company saw the video and neither cared how my item was delivered.

camera works great except when i connect it to my PC via USB, it freezes on the mode switch screen so I can't connect it to my computer to get the videos off of it. so its basically a paperweight now
Dear customer, when the camera is connected to the computer via USB, it will become the computer's webcam. If you need to get the camera's photos, you should get them through the memory card.
I used to rely on action cameras only when riding my motorcycle, but this camera is perfect for so much more. I can easily record important moments in 4K while driving, working out, jogging, or just going about my daily routine.
The video quality is absolutely excellent, and the battery life is impressive too. I’m extremely satisfied with it!
