Right of Withdrawal Policy (EU Customers)

This Right of Withdrawal Policy applies only to customers residing in the European Union (EU).

Under applicable EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

1. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory.

3. Return of Goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

The product should be returned in its original condition and packaging whenever reasonably possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund.

Refunds will include the purchase price of the product and any standard delivery charges paid at the time of purchase, where required by applicable law.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

5. Reduction in Refund Due to Handling

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery;

• Digital content supplied electronically once performance has begun with the consumer's prior consent;

• Other products exempt under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
