How do I get the tracking number？
1.Once your order has been shipped, we will send notifications to the email you provided when you placed the order. This notification should include a tracking number which you can use to track your package from our distribution center-right to your front door.
2.We also record the very tracking number in the account purchase history for registered users.
3.NOTES: if you fail to see delivery info when you click on your order-tracking link, don't worry! Occasionally, there may be a 24-hour delay in viewing tracking progress from the point of our transmission to the shipper's first scan at one of their destination points.
4.Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
5.Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
6.Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
7.There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability

WHAT IS CUSTOMS DUTY?
Let's start at the beginning. Goods - such as the ORDRO products you buy - can't simply be shipped freely from country to country. When goods are imported into a different country or customs territory, there is a charge called Customs Duty that must apply. This is charged by the local customs authority where the goods are being imported into.
If Customs Duty is payable to your territory, you'll be responsible for paying it to the authorities, so ORDRO isn't involved in this process. Whether Customs Duty is payable, and by how much, depends on a whole lot of different things. For example, many countries have a 'low value threshold' below which they do not charge any Customs Duty.
If you do have to pay Customs Duty though, the amount payable is usually calculated based on the value of the goods and the type of goods being imported.
COUNTRIES YOU WON’T NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTY FOR:
For other European countries and Canada, there might be 10 to 30USD customs fees if you choose Express. Typically, there won't be any customs fees for Standard Post shipping.
AND IF I DON'T PAY THE CUSTOMS DUTY?
Yikes. If, for whatever reason, you refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to ORDRO, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund. If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more info before placing your order!
WHAT IS SALES TAX?
Good question. Sales Tax - also known as VAT or GST depending on where you live - is a tax charged on the supply of goods or services. ORDRO is generally registered for Sales Tax in all of the countries it ships to, so we'll charge you the Sales Tax as part of the checkout process. We collect Sales Tax from you on behalf of the local tax authorities. We then pay this over to the local tax authority, so we don't keep any of the money for ourselves.
We do our best to minimize any customs charges relating to the invoice, but they will vary from country to country and we cannot guarantee what they will be in advance. The customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Any packages returned due to the refusal of the customer to pay levied custom fees, customers are responsible for the full order price and shipping costs of the order.
