My order was taking longer than expected and I was trying to get ahold of my order status when someone on the other end of customer support message me asking if they can help and I told them that I was trying to find out where my order was. I guessing it was coming from outside of the U.S so they apologized and send me the product from the local states near by. Because of the delay they gifted me extras!
