I absolutely love, love this camera! It's such a great compact size, the picture quality is beautiful, the night vision is wonderful and so neat, the sound is perfect and very clear, it's not like some that take forever to turn on and off, the lens and microphone are super easy to attach and detach and the batteries charge rather quickly and last a long time! It's a great beginner camera as well as a fun camera for those who are more advanced!

I was really surprised for how good this camera is for the price. The exterior mic picks up sound extremely well and the added bar on the back really assists with stability. I also really like how light this camera is, I can easily hold it with one hand for an extended period of time. While this isn’t a professional grade camera, it is definitely step up from simple handhelds.
I will experiment with 32 GB sd card and see if that works as well. But as of now, this camcorder does not support 128 GB sd card. At least my camcorder I received does not. But I would still recommend it.

I like that this comes with so many attachments. It definitely has a nice presentation. The picture looks nice and clear on the camcorder screen, but not so much when uploaded. Was perfect for my kids though, they have had fun making YouTube videos with it. Just not good for professional use.

Overall this is a pretty good video camera to have. It is on the pricey side, but you get a bunch of things to make your video experience pretty good. It will work with most modern day tripods if you want to get that but it is not included with this unit (bummer). The accessories are all very well made and work well with the camera. The video quality is pretty good although the description was a bit confusing to me. Regardless I am pretty happy with the video quality. The carrying case makes it very protective and easy to carry everything around. The only thing I would say is the front pouch should have a bit more compartments to keep stuff from sliding around and easier to close the case. Also follow the instructions when setting it up and learning about the camera. The instructions are straight forward and easy to understand. The only thing I will say is that it does run on older plugs like the mini USB port for the microphone and the micro usb cable. I do thing the camera should be a bit more modern, but other than that this is a good investment if you are planning to do a bunch of high quality video recording.

Great starter kit, it has everything you need. The 4k clarity is superb. Although it is lacking some of the finer controls within the camera features, like ISO... But for a starter camera it's perfect, you can select your white balance for a little extra light, but it's a starter camera, so if you don't have a detailed understanding of how to properly adjust camera settings for light, or don't care to learn. This camera is for you, it's mostly auto feature. Still gives great quality video either way.
Plus the case and all the features are top notch. Audio, lights, camera... Action.

Would recommend a tripod I haven't found a stability feature yet, and all forms of handheld are a bit shaky unless you go to the higher frame rates and slow your video in an editor after.

Also I see no real loss in video quality as the frame rates go up. It stays clear and my video editor has no problem matching the video sizes and smoothing them together!

This company has AWESOME Customer Service. Asked a question, the response was almost instant. The question was answered and I was 100% satisfied. The camera is the best one I have owned yet. I am not a professional by any means, however, I have 6 kids and have been the family "Videographer" for years. The picture is amazing with this camera and all the features work great! I love the Night Vision feature. I have not had much experience with IR Night Vision (other than in the military) but this camera's night vision is comparable to the military's NVG's. The external Mic works better than expected. if you set it to 10dB, you can hear the subject you are recording from a great distance, that is impressive. The battery last for quite a while and it comes with (2) two of them, AND you can record while charging! Needless to say, I would recommend this well built, low cost camera to everyone that wants or needs a camera!!!

The camera is the size and feel of small camcorders of years past, but this camera holds a lot more features and quality. With the add-on (included) bigger lens it gives a very good picture and I noticed a clean and clear picture even when zoomed in or out all the way.

Im trying to start a vlog so I got this as my first "starter kit". This one little machine has got all the features you can think of and need. I got it primarily for it high density of pixels and night vision (in case I need to shoot at night or dark places). The picture quality is good, but I had expected more since it's 4k video. Sound quality is perfect especially when you add the dedicated microphone on top the camcorder (see picture). Over all, this one has got everything that one will need. Build quality is pretty decent too.

Ok I’ll start with it’s a wonderful camera. The photos are very clear. Make sure you buy the memory card tho that’s a plus. You will need one. I watched the video twice and was able to put it together without any trouble & it’s pretty easy. I love it. It’s not heavy. I feel like a news lady 😍. Well worth the money.

Wow this is nice! Carrying case is very nice and camera is great. Light weight and good quality. My favorite has to the the light though is is everything lol. It gives the real vlogging video quality lighting is so important and this is it. It is a little difficult to put together the 1st time but I just referred to the picture several times and got it together fairly quickly.

Item arrived on time and undamaged. Item is as pictured by seller. This is the second Ordro I've bought to work with the first one I purchased on the right in the last photo. It does shoot 4K UHD footage as far as I can tell and that's all I hoped for. The extras are exactly that, extras. the menu in the is basic and simplistic. It can be used as webcam, the wifi does work with the downloading of their app, not use if that's available for pc but is for android devices. The audio is the greatest, still experimenting with the setting for the that. I am please with my purchase, be purchasing a 3rd. The camera is a good weight for carrying for long periods. .Controls menus seem to be well placed. I have not had the opportunity to take any videos yet, so am unable to comment any further.

Don't be deceived about this offer; I know what you're thinking, "This offer looks way too good to be true," but it's not! Everything you need for your Camcorder hobbies is right here in this package! This is a perfect set to get for any video recording hobbyist, or any beginner! The set does come with everything you need, including two rechargeable batteries for the video camera. If you want to get another charger, I would recommend it, just to have an extra one for faster charging methods. But, aside from that, it's all here in one large package! I would recommend you purchase one of the large well-built tripods from either Wal-Mart or Best Buy. Or if Ordro has one on their website then just get it there. The 4K HD is amazing for such a small camera! And yes, the night vision does work and work well! Like I said before, perfect for any amateur videographer or professional, and perfect for beginners too! I'm not sure how to make the WiFi or Webcam feature work yet, so I'll have to sit down and read the manual for more info.

Need to use it for a while before ranking the performance but looks ok.
Maybe a bit bigger than expected for a compact camcorder but well fitting in the hand and with all necessary accessories.
